as depicted by a certain 10 year old.

And if you ever wondered why you have to gain 30 pounds to deliver an 8 pound peanut, now you know. Padding.

Whenever it comes up, I tell Felicity that there’s a baby in my tummy. And I usually point to where it is. And she looks at me like I’ve lost my mind. So, I found it interesting that when I found this paper, Felicity looked at it and said, “Mom.” I guess she believes me after all.

Wow! What a great picture! I love it.

today molly asked her grandma to be quiet, because the very tiny baby in mama’s belly needed a nap. so, i think she gets it, basically. that girl has all sorts of plans for this poor little baby – molly’s gonna be changing the diapers, and baby is going to be sitting in the highchair with us at dinner from day one – i guess #3 (and following) just have to be easy-going. =)

She gets it much better than Felicity does, then. I think you should take her up on her offer to change diapers. Can you believe I’ve had no offers from anyone to help with that? That’s what I get for having boys first.

People tell us that all our kids are laid back, and while that’s not completely accurate, I tell people that we forced them to be that way with all this moving. I think there’s something to that.

I thought this was a very funny take on our weather situation in Texas. Enjoy!

That is hilarious. And so true. I have to say, it is really cold here (24 degrees) but there’s been no precipitation, so buying out all the water at Wal-mart seemed a little over the top.
